McMullen Cove Becomes Private Neighborhood
Huntsville City Council has approved the building of McMullen Cove as a private neighborhood. When a neighborhood is private, developers of private subdivisions are responsible for building and maintaining the streets and drainage systems, installing street lights, picking up garbage and providing other services normally provided by the city.
