A huge congratulations goes to Huntsville resident Kathy Chan for receiving the distinguished Governor’s Arts Award. Kathy is an arts philanthropist, arts education advocate, a world-renowned artist.
Born in China, Kathy was raised in Brazil, studied in England and has two degrees (in arts and modern foreign language) from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has lived in Huntsville with her husband, Tony, for nearly three decades. Full story…
