Madison County/Huntsville Real Estate Sales Statistics 

Huntsville and Madison County saw an decrease of 6% in sold listings in August 2011 when compared to July 2011.  The average sales price decreased by 6% to $186,685.  The average price per square foot increased by 6% in August and the average list price decreased by 6%, while market times decreased by 13 day.
