Auction accounted for 59.2% of foreclosure activity in Sept 2013 and Bank-owned properties 40.8%.

Huntsville AL foreclosure activity in Sept was 0.04% below national statistics, 0.01% higher than state numbers and the same as Madison County numbers.


Huntsville AL Foreclosure Activity by Month

The number of Bank-Owned properties decreased 44.4% from the previous month and 71.0% from the previous year in Sept 2013.  The number of Auctions increased 7.4% from the previous month and decreased 50.0% from the previous year.
